Where do you ship?

UK only at the moment :)

What are the delivery times?

The current processing time is 2-7 working days, depending on the items ordered. Shipping might take longer during holidays.

Cool, can I pick up in person?

Of course! But don't check out on the website! Instead, just drop me a message via contact form here or on Instagram @cultofcharlie via DM and tell me the items you'd like to order and what sizes.

We will then arrange a payment option and a suitable day for yourself to come in to pick it up. I am Truro centre based.

I want fancy pants packaging you've been mentioning but I don't want to pick it up.

In that case the process is same as with pick-up orders Just direct message me on Instagram so I can process the order for you personally. Please do keep in mind that this will lengthen the processing time of your parcel.

What size should I choose?

Size charts can be found on every product in the text accompanying the pretty pictures.

How should I wash my clothing?

Probably in the washing machine. I put mine on fast program because I am that lazy, throw a pod in the drum and other clothes in similar colour, put some softener in the funky top drawer (I don't know which compartment, I use the one with the colourful insert cause it has a flower stamped, cute) and after 30 minutes it should be all done. Don't use bleach. Ideally hang to to dry, but I have used tumble dryer on these and the world didn't end. Iron on low heat (I don't even iron mine lmaoo)

Am I really an official member of the cult? 

No, but you can say that you are and nobody will know. I can write you a little official note saying that you are, if you really want to show off.

I need to cancel my order!

If you want to cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible as after a couple of hours most items are already in the process of being printed, and I am unable to stop the process.

Can I return my items?

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns or exchanges if you have ordered the wrong size, colour or you just don't like it.

I will only accept faulty returns. Please make sure you are 100% sure about your purchase.

My item arrived damaged/faulty

The item may have missed quality control, resulting in defective stitching, hole in the garment or failed print resulting in a design fading after first wash. While rare, it can happen, please contact me with a photo, and I will arrange a free replacement for you.

I didn't find an answer to my problems!
